EMI-EMC Testing

EMI/EMC TEST FACILITY

Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Services (EMC-TS) is a wing of Astra Microwave Products Limited has established state of the art EMC test facilities in the year 2014 to provide EMI/EMC testing for the systems and subsystems developed for Defense and Space Applications. This facility is primarily established for pre compliance of our product testing during development stage and final compliance testing. As an independent entity these facilities are being extended to other industries on chargeable basis, to generate revenue.

EMC TEST SERVICES has developed a strong reputation as one of the leading MIL-STD-461 testing labs in the country. This facility has been accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard by  National Accreditation Board for Test and Calibration Laboratory (NABL) which is a constituent body of Quality Council of India (QCI).
Our engineering team takes great pride in thoroughly understanding the  MIL STD 461 and  MIL STD 704 test requirements and being able to apply that knowledge to benefit customers who are experiencing compliance challenges with their devices. The team has capability to analyze EMI problems and implement appropriate control techniques to achieve EMC.

EMC TS-SALIENT FEATURES

The scope of testing is according to the following standards

MIL-STD-461

Requirements for the control of electromagnetic interference (EMI) characteristics of subsystems and equipment covering both Emission and Susceptibility requirements

MIL-STD-704
